Cancellation Policy

At Zaniah Collective, we are committed to delivering high-quality wellness coaching, leadership development, and event curation services. To ensure a seamless booking experience for all clients, please review our booking policy below: 1. Booking & Payment A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session or event. The remaining balance is due at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Payments can be made via [list accepted payment methods, e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, direct invoice]. For corporate and organizational bookings, custom payment arrangements may be discussed. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may reschedule once at no additional charge if requested at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled event/session will forfeit the deposit. No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged the full booking fee. 3. Late Arrivals & Grace Period A 10-minute grace period is allowed for all coaching sessions. After this period, the session will be considered canceled, and the full fee will apply. For event services, late starts due to client delays will not extend the contracted time. 4. Customization & Special Requests Clients seeking tailored experiences (e.g., specialized wellness programs, corporate workshops, or exclusive coaching packages) must submit customization requests at least 14 days before the event. Any modifications to services may be subject to additional fees. 5. Confidentiality & Code of Conduct All sessions and events are conducted in a confidential and professional manner. Any breach of confidentiality or misconduct by either party may result in termination of services without a refund. Clients and participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally during all sessions and events. 6. Refund Policy Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Full refunds (excluding deposits) will only be considered if Zaniah Collective needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, and an alternative date cannot be agreed upon. 7.
